Terminal Facilities
Coffs Harbour Airport has 2 ATM’s which are located in the departure lounge and arrivals area. Our terminal map will help you locate the baggage claim, amenities, airline lounges, transport options including hire car desks and car parking payment machines.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted inside the terminal. Coffs Harbour Airport has provided designated outside smoking areas located at the arrivals and departure ends of the building.
Luggage Trolley
Trolley bays are located in front of and inside the terminal building.
Wheelchairs
All wheelchair requirements must be requested with the airline or travel agent in advance. Coffs Harbour Airport does not receive information from airlines in relation to the needs of passengers with special needs.
Security Screening
We take security very seriously and the safety of the airport precinct is of the highest priority. We are committed to working closely with all government regulators relating to aviation safety and security.
Security screening is in operation in accordance with the Aviation Transport Security Act 2004 and Aviation Transport Security Regulations 2005.
Screening of visitors, passengers, cabin baggage and check baggage is conducted in the terminal.
Prior preparation by passengers is essential to ensure smooth and timely security processing. This includes such things as advising security staff of any disabilities, removing any metallic jewellery, sharps, dangerous goods, belts, shoes and other apparel that might set off a metal detector. There are signs in the terminal that list many of the prohibited items.
