Coffs Harbour Airport has two meeting rooms. One is location in the Administration building to the left of the departure terminal. The other is located in the Terminal to the left as you walk into the departures area.

Administration Meeting Room

The Administration Meeting Room Features:

 

  • Conference style for 10 people
  • Classroom style for 20 people
  • Flat screen TV with HDMI cables that connect to a laptop
  • Whiteboard
  • On-site catering (additional cost)
  • Free parking

The standard rates are:

  • Up to 4 hours (1/2 day) – $75
  • Full day – $120

Terminal Meeting Room

The Terminal Meeting Room Features:

 

  • Conference style for 24 people
  • Classroom style for 36 people
  • Flat screen TV with HDMI cables that connect to a laptop
  • On-site catering (additional cost)
  • Free parking

The standard rates are:

  • Up to 4 hours (1/2 day) – $160
  • Full day – $240
