Here’s what you need to know.
Update your booking
Need to change your dates or times? You can amend your booking online up to 6 hours before your booked entry time using the link in your confirmation email.
Note: any fare difference between your original and amended booking will apply at the time of amendment.
Cancel your booking
You can cancel your booking online up to 24 hours before your booking start time for a full refund.
Cancelling within 24 hours? If you purchased cancellation protection for $5.00 at the time of booking, you can cancel up to 1 hour before the day of travel and avoid the full cancellation charge.
If you stay longer than booked
No need to do anything in advance. On exit, scan your original QR code and the system will automatically calculate and charge any overstay fees.
If your flight is cancelled
Refunds are not automatically provided for flight cancellations. Email [email protected] to discuss your situation. We recommend taking out travel insurance when booking your trip.
Grace period
There is a grace period of 1 hour either side of your booked entry and exit times.

Parking FAQs
Can I alter my booking details after I have entered the carpark?
No, bookings cannot be altered once you have entered the carpark.
What do I do if my plans change, and I will need to have my car parked for longer than my original booking?
Nothing, Scan your original QR code on exit and the system will prompt you to pay the difference between your original booking and your extended stay.
My flight has been delayed, can I exit the carpark with my QR code and come back later in the day with the same QR code?
No, Bookings are single use only. If the situation above occurs, please contact Coffs Harbour Airport staff on 0437 569 591 to discuss.
My plans changed and I came back earlier than expected - can I get a reimbursement for the booking time not used?
No, the system reserves spaces when online bookings are made, therefore bookings are not able to be partially refunded on a pro-rata basis.
My Flight was cancelled after I had arrived at the Airport, Can I get a refund for my parking?
Generally, refunds are not provided when flights are cancelled, however depending on the specifics at the time, refunds may be considered. If you believe there are extenuating circumstances related to airport facilities, please contact our staff on 0437 569 591. We also suggest that you consider an appropriate level of travel insurance when booking travel arrangements.
Is there a Grace period for Early Entry or a Late exit?
Yes, when you have booked online, there is a grace period of 1 hour either side of your booking.
